The Version of blood, sweat and suffering

It took me 6 hours but I've reworked the snake movement code so now it doesn't just teleport it actually moves

At least 4 of those hours were spent trying to figure out how to get Rigidbody2D movement working and then the last 2 or 3 hours I finally actually made progress

I am glad I decided to rewrite the movement code now and not later on in development because it would be even harder later on,

Getting this version done took a lot out of me so I'm done coding for at least the next few hours but unfortunately the only difference in this version of the game compared to 0.2.0 is that the movement code is different since I wanted to get this published today so I'll add more in the next version
